mobile home v.s. manufactured home

For a while, I thought they mean the same thing. I recently got questions from the lenders which suggests that they are different. Anyone can explain what are the differences between mobile home and manufactured home? Thanks.

You might look here for the exact definitions..these are the ones lenders should be using......Some loan originators are not too up to speed......Educate them...
