Burlington homes?

I've been looking for a preowned singlewide in western PA. I came across a 1989 14x70 Burlington for sale and was wondering if anybody here knows the quality of them. It looks nice,even has shingles/vinyle siding, which is great considering I've seen many Commodores, Fleetwoods and other "mainstream" brands here in the 90's still with metal roofs/siding. It "seems" well built but I'm far from being an expert. I've never heard of them before,any experiences?

Nevermind, I thought it was a home from Burlington homes of maine, but just found out it was another Burlington company thats no longer in business. I guess a small company from somewhere in Pa.
