Better communities in fl

Can anyone list the pros & cons of buying in a manufactured home park where you lease the lot. What are the better ,newer parks in the kissimmee and St Cloud area in Fl.Heard some very negative remarks on a community called Sherwood Forest any comments, also considering Sandhill Cove in St Cloud,does anyone know of it?

I would think the best methode would be to drive through the parks for your self. as well you may want to contact the BBB to see what type of complaints they may have or withthe local town community center
