Hope someone can direct me to a site that has a listing of all mobile home parks in the state of Florida and Arizona that are co-owned by the residents.
Have been reading the posting in your Forum and found them to be very informative
Thanks in advance

Re: Resident owned home parks
Thanks Neil, i think i have that web site, but have not explored all of it. I think i will also call them.
Looks like it is a fee based web site, but the amount is very small.

Dont over look the traditional communities likeRaintree Village, not far from your target area in DeLand FL.
DeLand is one of Florida’s best kept secrets. It is the county seat of Volusia County, home of Stetson University, located in the heart of the State with the world’s most famous beach - Daytona Beach just 24 miles east; Orlando, with Disney World, Epcot, Universal Studios, and Sea World, just 40 miles west; St. Augustine, the oldest city in the USA is 55 miles north; Kennedy Space Center is 65 miles southeast. There is easy access to I-4 nearby and the St. Johns River recreational area.
Raintree Village, offers a wide variety of amenities, a community clubhouse, heated pool, billiards, card room, kitchen/dining area, planned activities, shuffleboard courts, big screen TV, library reading/craft, exercise areas and fishing.
