Sun Valley

I am thinking of purchasing a mobile home, my insurance agent has requested the model of the home. I am told it is a Sun Valley, I have been looking for a Mobile home for some time now and have never heard of a Sun Valley, has anybody here

Go inside the home and usually all the information you need is on the inside of the utility box door or in the master bedroom closet. There you will find everything that your insurance agent needs to know. Mine came out and took pictures of my furnace and HWH after the home was set. I had to get a binder to give to my fiance company to close the sale. Your agent will explain everything to you. Took me about 2 hours to close by the time I did all the running I needed to. Haven't heard of that brand, tho. God's grace to you!

If its the same SunValley thats in California---it was on the news and they had tarantula rains there with flooding---I believe it is above North Hollywood and Van Nuys (above Los Angeles))---please be aware some of those areas have high crime and gang activity Especially Van Nuys)---I used to live in Los Angeles.
