Owned land available in N. California

Hi,

Just started thinking seriously about putting a large manufactured home on top of what I am told is a "daylight garage." Would appreciate any insight.

If I do this it will on owned land in Northern CA, hopefully in Sonoma or Lake counties. Anyone know of any land owned manufactured home communities in those areas?
