How do you find land owned communities with available lots?
I am currently interested in the AZ and Virginia areas.
Thanks

Land owned communities
Re: Land owned communities
Debbie-you can check with your local dealers who always seem to know the up to the minute vacancies in the parks. I know mine does. You can also drive through and check yourself or stop in at the manager's office-you will have to do this anyway when you do the deal. Also ask if anything like water, etc. is included in the lot rent, any restrictions on pets, etc. My park does have some restrictions.
God's grace to you!
