I am trying to find financing for a client that has a unique situation. The client owns a doublewide 1998 but does not own the land it sits on. The client wants to purchase land which already has well, septic, electric on it but needs 100% financing to move and set up the home and purchase the new land. Is also asking about refinancing the mobile existing mortgage to make one mortgage with the land and the home together. Any one out there that can help.
