Looking and confused

My wife and I own our home but have recently bought a recieved a large peice of land near Heber Springs, ar. We are looking at buying a man. house rather than going through all the fuss of building. We need something with 3-4 bedrooms 15-1700 sq ft and that doesnt look or feel like a 'trailer'. any advice for me in Central Arkansas???
