hello, well we are thinking about buying a 4 bedromm 3bath coach manuf home but we were wondering is it possible to put that on a walk out basement?and how costly would it be/to have it dug and built (basement) is it a long process.and are the cost equal to having a home built.on our land.or could it cost less??what is a good price for a new 2004.we arnt familar with manufactured homes and arnt sure if there as strong or well built as a home?? sorry for all the questions just would like to hear from others.whats our options.

oh yea is insurance the same as home owners.or do you need differnt or additional insurance??
