buying moblie

I bought this moblie home on 2 lots, but here's the kicker it has a tons of damage from all of florida's Hurricans..I need to put a moblie on it does anyone have any idea where I can get a cheap home? and how old can a moblie be to transport to my lot? Thank you

If you have damage from the hurricanes..you are probably in a wind zone area..Before you buy anything..you should talk to your local building inspector about all the new laws...My guess is that most likely you are in a wind zone 2 area..which means the only homes allowed there would be a wind zone 2 home built in or after 1995.

These are going to be tough to find at any price...Good Luck

i am intrested in buying a 1995 Dutch moblie home but the guy is asking for 22,000 is that worth it for a 16x80?

Depends on the location and the local market...If in good shape would be a fair price in Georgia...
