You are entitled to a detailed "Hard Costs Budget" and specific itemization of each item on the home ie: house, size, any extra features not normally associated with specs readily available, site clearing on land, decks, delivery, set up, water wells, community water tie in, septics, foundations, all of it!

I am a loan officer specializing in Land-Home financing and believe me the Lender will require and receive all of these forms from this dealer before he will ever be paid for your purchase.
