Attaching plywood to vinyl sideing for hurricane prep?
Attaching plywood to vinyl sideing for hurricane prep?
How do we attach plywood over our windows on our vinyl sideing? Anyone know??
Re: Attaching plywood to vinyl sideing for hurricane prep?
Around the window will be wood framing, extending about 1.5" from the edge of the window. You can screw into that framing (it's the same framing the window itself is attached to). Just remember to patch the holes with caulking when you take the plywood down.
Manufactured Homes built in 1974
My question of the day is that I have been trying to find lenders to refinance my double wide manufactured home on 1.16 acres of land. Seems like no one wants to finance anything built before 1976. I need to get this done as soon as possible.
If anyone has any ideas please help me.
Thanks for reading and helping

Before you go drilling holes into your home maybe should look into storm awnings
that keep the sun away and can become storm shutters when needed. Duct tape is probably the cheapest way out. If your home is older than 1994 and not built to the latest hurricane standards, forget the above and may I suggest prayer

Dear Sir,
I have some lenders that might be able to help you. However, I need to get a close estimate for what your home will appraise for, and also will need to see credit score, but depending on what you all what done with the refinance, I would be more than glad to assist in finding a lender for you.
