Me and my wife are trying to purchase a used moblie home and place it on some family land. Our credit is not perfect my wife's is better than mine, But we can not find anybody who finances double-wides. for people with not so perfect credit. can anybody help?

Not sure where you live but here in North Texas we use a finance company called 21st Mortgage. They have programs with select dealers that help people with challenged credit to qualify for one of their homes. You can view the homes on their website at http://www.21strepos.com. You might try looking at the lenders that advetise on this web site...It is tough to get a loan for a home with a small cash committment...rough credit..and no land involved...very tough indeed..
