I am trying to locate a community in Southern California where I can buy a manafacutred home and the land with it in a community. I am having a very diffcult time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Also one that is not extremely expensive, just a regular home.

Thank you for the help, but they are all on leased lots. I am looking to own the land and the home.

Me too. I'm in the Washington State, and it appears that there are no more communities here with owned land.

I have heard of them. I just can't locate them, you can buy the land and have the m/h built. I can not find out how much the building of the house cost. Good luck in your search if I find out anything I will let you know.

There is an extensive virtual liabrary on this for CA..It is maintained by an attorney who specilzes in just the arrangement you are looking for..check out his web sites...if there is not enough info..call him..

This site lists every park in the state..with contact info and ownership info..You could check out all in the area and make the phone calls and ask..
