Helping Parents

Can anyone provide helpful information on purchasing a new home for my parents in Washington state? We have a leased lot on hold in a retirement park, but have less than a month to find a manufactured home in their price range with their specifications. Due to the amount of time we have, we don't have time to do a lot of comparison shopping, but we really, really need to find a good deal (but who doesn't). We will be shopping in the Spokane area, but home will be placed 120 miles south of there. Any information will help. Thank you!!
