Hello,
I'll be re-locating to NC soon (North Western Part) and am lookig for a reputable quality Manufactured Home.
I've been to the big dealerships on Hwy 421 (Fleetwood, Clayton, Oakwood, Horton) and wasn't really impressed, as all the models had pressed board and just looked cheap.
Are they avalable there and just not stocked?
Could anyone give me opinions of anything in that area of NC.
Thanks for your time.

You might want to check us out here at Palm Harbour Homes in Hickory NC. First of all, we use ceramic tile & sheetrock standard in all of our homes. Grade A OSB Weyerhaeuser tongue & groove flooring instesd of Nova decking is also standard. The exterior of the home is wrapped in OSB.
We use factory trained techs to trim out of inside of the home rather than hire the lowest bidder. Their pay is based on your satisfaction.
Palm Harbor was the first manufactured home builder to receive an Energy Star rating from the EPA on the entire home.
A 5 year structural warranty comes on every home at no cost to you.

First find the home that you like then tell them that you do not want nova decking in it. that oyu will pay the additional cost to upgrade your flooring. we bought a fleet wood and they put in plywood flooring for me
