That's a nice place (for a little more you could have gone modular). The skylight is a nice touch.

You've probably found out by now (if you didn't know before) that actual size is about 29.5' x 76'

You said it's a nice rental, does that mean you didn't buy it to live in?

Thanks, for the link to the pictures of your new home. It looks very nice. I hope you post more soon and perhaps a price breakdown of some of your upgrades and set up costs. It will give me an ideal of what price to negotiate around.
