Hi, we vacation in our manufactured home located on the Oregon coast.Being gone for 4-5 months should we vent the house, leave windows open, etc.?? Help. Thank You

Secure it exactly the same way you would any other house...

We have the same situation and just turn off the water, leave the heat set to 50, open all the sink cabinet doors, drain the water heater and turn it off than lock the doors and see it in the spring. So far in 11 years on a 1976 DW we haven't had any problems that were major. Most of the time we have a leak on a bathroom seal because it dried out but that is to be expected and easy to repair. Biggest problem is the years worth of leaves we have to rake.
