Four Season's Homes

Post by Jennifer » Mon May 31, 2004 6:29 pm

We live in Arkansas and have one Four Season's dealer in our state. We have found one we really like, it is a 28x72 Autumn Manor with northern built roof and insulation for $50,000. My question is how well built are Four Season's and what is their reputation? Has anyone had any experience with a Four Season's home or owned one perhaps? This is a big decision for us and would appreciate any information reguarding which company has the best product. Thanks for your help.

We looked at Four Seasons Homes. We have a dealer nearby but searched on their web site for one closer to our property. When we finally tracked one down (the number on the site had been disconnected), the dealer said that while they no longer sold for Four Seasons they could still order us that home if we "really" were interested. When pressed, they said they no longer carried them because they had service-related problems. For example, some clients said that when you looked into the cabinets in the kitchen, you could acutally see outside at the joints. We were looking at one in the Autumn Manor line that had finished drywall and 8-ft. flat ceilings. It was in the $67,900 price range. Due to what we heard, we crossed it off our list of possibilities.
