Redman or Cavco Durango

Hi,
Being a first time buyer I was wondering which would be the better home. We are looking at the Redman (Champion) 442T and several others that are of the Cavco Durango line. All are between 2000 and 2500 sq. ft. Considering all things equal, i.e. 2x6 exterior walls, etc. which would be the best company to purchase the home from.

Thanks,
Linda

How will you get service on either of them? Where are their service centers located? I have heard some have had trouble. I highly recomend Oak Creek or Palm Harbor homes. Both are very high quality builders. Oak Creek is so strong financially, they are DEBT free.

The reason they are debt free is a little thing called bankruptcy.
