good news

Good news! at least for my husband and I.

The property my husband and I own is now in city of tyler, texas limits. which means that the utilities set up became a lot easier and cheaper.

We are getting the freedom model I believe it is called from clayton.

We got all construction upgrades, roof, etc.

Now we can keep payments where we can really manage them.

I just want to let those out there that can't afford the more expensive homes, because there are really some BEAUTIFUL homes out there, it's okay, especially if you are just starting out.

This is our first home. And although it is not what we grew up in from Dallas, it is still a truly empowering feeling of home ownership.

Thanks, Murray again for your help in the other thread.

Good Luck home hunting all!
