I want to let everyone know that we have lived in our Sunshine Home, built in Red Bay, Alabama for a almost a year now, and we are very happy with it. We have no regrets at all. When we called them with a problem, no matter how small, they got right on it, and we live in Texas. We had several different repair men to come, and everyone of them were very nice and did good work. I also want to mentioned Mack Ballard he was the one we talked to, and he wasted know time getting things done.

I have one more person to mentioned, and that is Eugene Franklin at Seatac Homes in Vidor, Texas. He handled the sale and seen over the setup, and so far we have had no problems.

I would highly recommend manufacturer and dealer.
