Offer to purchase

Post by Bob McKee » Fri Oct 10, 2003 11:15 am

I am going to buy a mobile home in a Senior Moble Home park within the next 6 months. I have selected the park(In northern california) and have acquired the CC&Rs and park rules and regulations. The Park is popular and I am waiting for suitable home to come on the market. Most of the park homes that have come on the market are from 5 to 20 years old I would like your advice on what I should include in an offer/contract, and is there anything that I should be aware of or should include in the Park rental agreement. ( For instance, in the Park agreement, if I buy an older unit, is there anything I can put into the agreement that would assure that the uinit could be sold "in-place" and not have to be removed from the Park in the event that should be necessary due to health reasons.) Thank you very much for your help. Bob McKee
