I have done a lot of research and Hallmark is one of the best built homes as far as I'm concerned. That's what I will be buying soon. They are a family owned business and they build a fine quality home. Good choice.

Ok...one step more....If given the choice between a Hallmark and a Silvercrest, what would be the best choice? And...does Hallmark have a website? Thanks!

I researched Silvercrest for quite sometime. I even went to their manufacture where they build the homes. They are a great home, especially the "Manor." Some of the less expensive models need some upgrading if you so desire. You may like them just as they are. They are beautiful homes. However, I discovered Hallmark. Did a lot of research on this manufacturer and, as far as I'm concerned, their the best for me. They are a well-built home, beautiful, and you can add options to fit your specifications and desires. They are a small family owned company and I can't say enought about them. Hopefully, soon, I will be purchasing one of their beautiful homes. They do not have a website as yet. Hope this helps you a little.

Thanks Ann Marie

I'm taking the Silvercrest factory tour this Saturday. I agree, their Manor series is beautiful. I think that we are going to get a Westwood (because it's going in a park). While I agree that Hallmark has beautiful homes and is generally less expensive then Silvercrest (but basically like a silvercrest), the problem is that the only place that carries them in my area are a little on the "shady" side. The Silvercrest dealer in my area is EXCELLENT.

Thanks again!

Hallmark now has the website up and running. There are a couple of interesting blogs that can be followed on twitter @HallmarkSW or on the website: www.hallmarksouthwest.com. There are terrific dealers throughout the beach areas of California, in Tucson, and Bullhead City.
