Sorry...but those homes are out of my direct market area...and I have little knowledge except what I have read here...The other poster mentions Tim's site...He is knowledgeable in homes available in the mid west...It has been a couple of years since he bought though and things do change..

Actually,

Patriot does have the Pinnacle line in AUGUSTA, GA. They are carried by:

AUSTIN HOMES OF AUGUSTA
1849 GORDON HWY.
AUGUSTA, GA - 30904

At any rate, Pinnacle Homes by Patriot seem to be a well built home. They have
many standard features that other manufacturers will only upgrade to, such as
2X6 sidewalls 16" OC, 2X8 floor joists on their 32' wide models, etc. They are not
the least expensive homes, but "quality ain't cheap." If you compare them
to some other manufacturer models, they are actually well made for their price
range.

good luck

Hubby is in heating and a/c business and subsequently been inside more than a few of these homes that are newly installed in parks. They have all the great features etc, but to our opinion by comparison to some of the homes you can buy out there the quality of workmanship can leave something to be desired.
