Titan (Champion) out of NY

I have fallen in LOVE with a 1600 sq. ft. plan by Titan (Champion) which will be coming from the NY plant. Any info on quality? PLEASE tell me any NEGATIVE things about quality that you may have run across.

Also, Pine Grove Homes....Any info on these? Located here in PA, I think.

Both are good homes, Pine Grove is generally built heavier.
Your best bet is to always stay working within the state you live!

Champion has a plant in Claysburg, PA, in the Altoona Area. You may be able to find a similar plan closer to home. www.chbclaysburg.com
