Astro Homes?

Hello,
I am new to the mobile home market. My hubby, kids and myself have always lived in rented houses and are now purchasing our first home. We can only afford a mobile home and have found the one that we think we will probably buy(we simply cannot afford a new one right now). It is a 1994 Astro Country Classic. What I am wondering is if any of you know the floor plan of this home. We have not had a chance to look at the interior yet and wont' be able to until next week, ACK! If any of you know I would much appreciate any info. And of course any info you have for things to check out when we do get in there to see it. Anyh problems you may have had with your own or someone you know?

Astro is the manufacturer...Country Classic is the model name...With in the model name they will have many floorplans in all sizes...Could be scores...if not hundreds..of possiblilities..

There are many things to inspect....Often it is recommended that an inexperienced buyer pay a home inspector for a report...These services will generate a report that includes the condition and expected future of all of the components in the home...They know how to look for the hidden items...With this report in hand..You will know what to expect in the near future for repairs or reconditioning..These reports should be very helpful when negotiating with the seller and making the decision to buy or not...
