what is the difference between a:
1)factory-direct dealership;
2)affiliated lot; and a
3)sales lot?

All buy homes from a factory and pass them on to the consumer..

"factory-direct" is a marketing term and means nothing..All dealers buy factory direct..

"affiliated lot" might means a factory owned retail organization...frankly I have never exactly heard the term....

"sales lot" is a crude term for a sales location that could be owned locally, a chain retailer or a factory owned store...
