Upgrade Elec Furnace?

My wife and I are looking at the options for a Palm Harbor home, specifically the 71A5. It is a 1900 sq ft home. What is everyone's opinion about upgrading the furnace? The upgraded furnace is 23kw and I can't remember the price or the std furnace.

Should we upgrade or not?
