is there a method and or recommended way to purchase a used MH that is already on leased property? The reason I ask is because I'm brand new to the manufactured home buying and I desperately want to get one only I know my cash flow/credit situation will probably only get me into something previously owned. As long as it's in good shape I don't mind that at all for a start.
