I am buying a new 60 x 28 MH in Ohio and would like to know more about foundations. Please tell me the pros and cons about poured foundations, block foundations, piers, basements, and any other foundation choices that exist. Thank you.

If you are going to be in the home for awhile, I would consider a PWF basement.

Thanks for your suggestion. I must admit a wood foundation is something I never considered and it looks like a good system, however, I am looking for something a little more conventional - something simple that I don't have to research or think about. This MH house buying process is exhausting with just standard features.
