Seeking to buy Mobile in Florida

I am looking to buy a mobile in Florida preferably on private land in the mid florida region. Any help on what to look for/avoid would be helpful as I have never owned a mobile before.Any legitimate leads also accepted. Thanks!

I bought 7 acres with a 24 x 55' Fleetwood for a reasonable price, sight unseen. American Dream Realotrs in Stark, Fla was my agent. They sent me photos and very detailed descriptions of the property. I contacted the county tax people for maps and tdhe tax appraisal. I never saw the property until after the deal was done. I am very happy with the service I received. There are honest people out there. It helps if you know someone in the area to make recommendations. In my case me daughter had bought her home from these people 8 years ago so I had confidence going in. All my arrangements were made over the phone with documents going back & forth by UPS Overmignt.
