I'd be very interested to know what this model sells for in- or around - Colorado. I'm surprised that the Entertainer in Pennsylvania is only in the $50's range. Here in Georgia, it's in the mid 60's - and I thought things were supposed to be less expensive down south.

You should also go to the Cavalier website and click on the "Model Homes Search" - they've got some beautiful homes.

I got it (Fleetwood) priced for about 65,000. I guess I guess us Coloradans are getting screwed a bit more!! It amazes me how much some of the dealers mark these homes up!! I think I will probably lean more towards the Champion home I found that is EXACTLY like the fleetwood entertainer. It will cost us 84,000.00, it comes standard with tape and texture, I upgraded the appliances and the carpet. I'm probably getting screwed on that quote too though...hehehe! I need to shop around, I have only priced the Champion at one place. The Fleetwood was at the Colorado State fair and it was 69,995.00. Gosh I will be glad when this nightmare of finding the right home and the right dealer is over!!

Can someone either send me the link to Cavalier homes, I have found a few but none of them have floor plans available. I am interested also in seeing if there is a dealer in Colorado or surrounding states. Thanks so much!

Just remember...Fleetwood builds different homes in different plants..The "Entertainer" is NOT even the same floor plan in each plant...Believe me the SE Fleetwood is nothing like what you are looking like...
Cavalier does not service your area...Sorry...The home the lady is talking about is a 32x80 with heavy equipment...

I agree with what you stated about your Fleetwood! We bought a Fleetwood and moved in sometime in August. The house and floor plan are great but with a few exceptions. I have issues regarding the fixing of items in my home and keep getting the run around. Since we moved in, we have not had a patio door that locks! The screen door doesn't have the piece at the end of it to stop the bugs from coming in; the door latch and handle on both the screen and patio door do not lock! They were broken before we moved in! I've been fighting with Fleetwood and they say it is the resposibility of the "dealers workmen"! How can they stand behind their homes when they push off a problem to someone else!! If you are truely a good "manufacturer" you will stand by your product and take care of whatever the problems are. They can go to the dealer and fight with them for the money, and should not make the purchaser of the home do that!!!
My window screens are bent; my window ledges are gauged and scratched; the whole patio door frame is bent; the caulking around the windows looks like someone used their feet to apply it; the windows and screens let bugs in because they are not flush;I upgrades my kitchen and the cabinets are coming apart;the floor squeaks--it goes from one room to another;part of the vinyl floor is stapled down-(told this is the way they do it--they don't glue floors down). Most of all, the dealer was only interested in us until he got his money! Now it's like pulling teeth to get him to do anything!!! I really would like someone to tell me WHO I can go to to straighten this out? Isn't there a government phone number, that has to do with HUD, that a person can call? If anyone out there can help me find someone that would be very interested in what is going on with these dealers, and manufacturers and want to help me, I sure would appreciate it!!!

Just keep after fleetwood. It took about 5 daily phone calls but they came out after 2 weeks. the only problem left to resolve, which are the windows and they are also playing the blame game with the retailer.
you can email me if you wish
