How to move doublewide from MH Park to Private Perm foundation and financed?

Hi everyone!
I've been living in our wonderful Friendship Doublewide for 7 years and want to possibly get financing to purchase property, have a basement dug and the home placed on top of it. I've been trying to sell it and everyone wants it except for the current financing availability issues with our economy. Does this sound like a good idea? Any advice?

Yes I would like to hear more on financing a used DW with real estate. How does the bank look at it? What about average appraisel $ per square foot?
