CHESAPEAKE INVESTMENT & MORTGAGE CORP.
4E INDUSTRIAL PARK DRIVE, WALDORF, MD. 20602

[email protected]

Dear Mobile Home Buyer,
We have received your name from Mobilehome.com. You have expressed
interest in buying a new mobile home. We are one of the top Mobile/Modular
lenders on the east coast. It is our specialty. We provide land/home
financing from Maryland, down to Florida.

Our company is very interested in helping to arrange financing for the
purchase of your home. We do not lend on homes to be set in parks or to be
set on leased land. We only lend on homes to be set on owned land or to be
purchased land. In addition, can provide construction money to complete
your transaction.

The process is very easy. Simply, call us. We can approve you over the
phone. You will be in a much stronger negotiating position with a
pre-approved loan. You can take you approval to any dealer. Our toll free
number is 800-562-6331. You can ask for Boyd, Ralph, or myself.

Sincerely,
Richard Britton
VP National Sales Mgr

My reply:

Richard,
Is it customary for you to SPAM peoples emails that you get from the list of posters on that forum??!!
Why would anyone in their right mind deal with someone that uses SPAM as a form of marketing??

The nerve of some folk!!

Are you sure you did not post your e-mial address in the "MH Loan Finder" section of this web site....This looks like a response to a loan inquiry from there...

Sorry...
Maybe you should copy this post and send it to the web master...This is very likely a violation of his terms of service rules..
