1977 Nomy

My Mom is wanting to move into fixed income housing so we were looking into selling her trailer. We are tring to figure out a value but cant find a web site for this thats free, also there are no plates on the trailer that says who made it, the title only says thats its a 1977 and the make is Nomy. My bank has a NADA book but says that Nomy is not a manufactures name. Any ideas.

Book values are about useless for this age home...just like book values for a 28 year old car would be useless..

Value will depend on lots of things...location..does the home have to be moved...condition...local market..size..equipment upgrades (things like 28 yr old a/c units do not add much value)

You are lucky in a way..this is the first year that homes were built to the HUD code...You will have to check around the local area for pricing..just remember if it has to be moved..this is an additional cost for the buyer..

By the way the model name is probably Normandy..
