Fleetwood Oak Grove
Fleetwood Oak Grove
I read a recent post here that mentioned Fleetwoods in a negative way and wanted to have some more information. We own some land that we are looking to put a home on. We looked at a second hand, 1996 Fleetwood Oak Grove. The layout was perfect for us and the price seemed good as well. It has plywood floors, the 6" walls, the thermopane windows, a fireplace, northern type insulation (although we are in southern Missouri). It was very well kept by the previous owners and shows well. However, when I asked the salesperson (not the owner) about what brand it was, he said "Fleetwood, but it is a good one," then telling me that they have three levels and this was in the better category. However, his answer did make me wonder about Fleetwoods and then I came here and saw someone allude to something negative about them, so can someone please give me the scoop? Thanks.
