I am getting ready to shop for a single wide to be used as a vacation home. I spoke to a Clayton Homes salesperson on the phone and they told me that there were very few extras and upgrades I could get on their home; only doublewides had the majority of upgrades and extras. I was shocked to hear this. Should I expect to hear this from other dealerships too? Or was this just an exception?
Thanks!
Ralph
