Thanks a lot! This price did include two side by side shelves and drawers in the closet and flat top stove. It looks just like the one on that web site! I was also told I could not choose the linoleum floor colors. I really want wood like floors, but was told could only have an off white color. Will have to check on the full factory service. I have not ordered it yet. When purchasing a manufactured home where is the service warranty included? They filled out a purchasing agreement, should the warranty be included on that? Thanks for your help!!

It's more of a pinky kind of beige really. I'll probably end up replacing mine on down the road. Be SURE you get concrete footers. They have made a ton of difference in my floor.

I'm moving in my powerhouse tonight by the way. I cannot begin to tell you how fabulous the garden tub is. :D

Now this will sound stupid, but that was the real magnet when I walked into my first manufactured home - - - those fabulous garden tubs - they're bigger than the one in my cousin's house that cost around $400,000! When/if I finally get my own m-h, the first thing I'm going to do is put on some cool jazz, and go soak in a bubble bath while reading a good book and drinking a beer.

Aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..............................................
