it looks really nice. I get the feeling PH is one of the better MH's. Anyone here have any experience with them?

Look for a non- "factory owned" PH dealership. You will be subjected to an excruciating song and dance sales pitch before they'll let you in a home.

My wife and I have been to two PH factory owned dealers in Washington state and never felt any pressure. they were very helpful. They did ask our monthly income but that was simply to do a common calculation to determin how much we could afford a month. It was non-pressure and the sales lady let us look at whatever we wanted and didn't follow us around. The other sales center just gave us the keys and asked us what we thought when we were done.

Do not list the exact locations...These sales folks violated coorporate policy...These folks could end up in trouble..for serving you the way you were comfortable...
