My name is Alecia Phillips. I have a 1993 Palm Harbor home singlewide. It is not on a foundation, Financed through Conseco Pay off balance is 21,000. It sits on 2.5 lots with a balance of 15,000. I am need of refinancing this home to get a lower payment. I pay 640.00 a month along with a home. I have NO equtiy in my home.. This mobile home is an investment. I had a renter int he home and she was renting to own but decided to move at the last min and now i have to pull equtiy out to repair the home again for the 3rd time. I have contacted over 30 lender and they all say NO because it is a singlewide.. Oh yes i live in Florida.
