buying new home (help)

We have a stick built house for sell in Texas! But, would like to purchase new manufactured home in Arkansas! I am not sure how to go about it Money wise. We will have the money when the house sells. But, would like to get things started in AR. Do manufactured home dealers assist in this kind of situation or do we need to get a loan? Any help or comments appreciated! THANKS!

1st things 1st. Get Randy Eaton's books on comparisons and maybe even the book on How To Save Thousands. There are great MHs out there, but you have to do your homework. There are BAD dealers out there too. Check them out before the money hits the table.
