cost of upgrading to OSB or plywood

I'll find out from a dealer eventually, but in the meantime: any of you who have ordered a MH and upgraded to OSB or plywood flooring.... did it add much to the cost of the home?

On my old homestead flyers:

To upgrade to

3/4" OSB floors (32x80) 700.00
23/32 Plywood Floors 1000.00
