Horton dealers in East Tennessee

I'm considering a Horton home. After reading this forum Horton seems to be a quality home. But also after reading this forum dealers seem to make a big difference in the overall experience. There are 3 dealers that should be close to where I’ll be putting the home, in East TN near Dandridge. They are Horton Homes of Kingsport, Advantage Housing, LLC in Knoxville & H&S Homes, LLC in Kodak. Has anyone had any experience with any of these dealers either good or bad.

I am not familier with these dealers...Actually 1 of them sounds like a Horton owned store....Horton of Kingsport...

The other 2 sound like locally owned independents..I also notice the Knoxville dealer is a Dynasty dealer...

Horton builds 2 lines of homes...both exactly the same with construction specs..BUT..each have different floor plans...A Horton dealer will have to pay many hundreds more for a Dynasty floorplan...A Dynasty dealer will have to pay extra for a Horton floorplan.....(the one exception to this is the special called the BOSS...it is the same in each brand..

You could not pick a better home...good luck...check out the dealers the best you can..

Am I correct that Horton builds Dynasty Homes also, at the same plant? You said they are built to the same specs. Are they in the same price range? Same options? If so why two different lines?

They are built in the same plant...wholesale prices are the same...The only reason for the plant to have both is to have more than 1 dealer in an "exclusive" market area..
