Anyone dealt with Custom Manufactured Homes in Norcal

I am concerned because the BBB report on these guys is not favorable but I really like the salesman he seems to be a very straight shooter. He is in no rush to make a sale either. The manufacturer is Karsten by the way. The specific dealer is in Santa Rosa CA.Just wanted some feedback.

No takers? going once, going twice, Wow I wonder if this means everyone avoids this company. They have three outlets in CA. I would really appreciate some info. Please? (I am not above begging)

Well, I went to a "Home Show" this weekend in Sac and talked to a bunch of dealers. The CMH in Roseville(according to the BBB) has had no complaints against them, and they seemed really helpful.The Willts and Santa Rosa offices are owned by the same folks. Roseville said they would ship to Healdsburg no problem, and the cost of delivery and set up was in the price...at least at the show. The Santa Rosa CMH seemed sort of slimey the more we talked with them...just my opinion...But, call Darleen Reynolds @ (916) 772-8511...Roseville..and see what she says. Good luck and let me know what you think about them.
