I AM CONSIDERING A HART HOME. THE BASE COST IS $59,900.00 WITH THE OPTIONS I AM CONSIDERING IT BRINGS THE PRICE UP TO $68,000.00. WHAT WOULD BE A NEGOTIABLE PRICE TO START AT? AND HOW DO YOU GO ABOUT THE NEGOTIATION PROCESS TO PURCHASE AT A REASONABLE PRICE?
