Cloverleaf Repos in Cartersville, GA

Post by Rosemary » Sun Mar 31, 2002 7:05 am

Would like to hear from anybody who's had any dealings with Cloverleaf Homes in Cartersville, GA. This dealer sells mainly repossessed homes, but has recently started selling brand new m-h's. The repos are completely refurbished and seem to be priced right, but would like some input from others if you're out there.

Thanks-

Refurbished repos come without warranties...Also some lenders refi repos at vary high rates...Some lenders are just the opposite and refi at very good rates..

Be sure to shop the whole deal...There are hundreds of repos in tha Atlanta market..For some reason some lenders have been moving them there to sell...If you are planning on going into a park...most parks have models already set and ready for occupancy...

Another possiblility is an assumption of a behind home..One that has not yet become a repo...You are lucky because the regional office of Greenpoint and Conseco are in Atlanta..You might want to call them...I saw an assumption from Greenpoint yesterday that was at 7.8%...1500 down...credit approved on a 480 Fico score...home slightly overpriced

Also if you can find a CIT repo in your market...they are offering $ 500 and 8% interest on very fair market prices for those with good credit...We are delivering one Monday...2000 32x80....$ 41,500...$ 500 down..8% fixted rate...good credit..

My credit score is 723. I'm looking for a piece of affordable land now, but it's very difficult to find unrestricted land in the areas I'm scouting - unless of course, you want/can afford a large tract of land. The dealer at Cloverleaf said he could probably offer an 8% rate, but I'd like it even lower (who wouldn't?) What is a CIT repo? And how can I get in touch with you?

Thanks

This is 8% home only finacing...Your credit score will get you about 7% mortgage finance with very low closing costs...if you can find the property..
