It's the same story, always about the manufacture not standing behind there products.WE have been involved in purchasing three homes in Texas, Palm Harbor, Carriage, now Solitaire, always promising and never delivering. What is the next step? Please can someone help me or advise me where to go for help, Does all the papers you sign saying Hud will stand behind you, even make a different?

we also just bought a solitaire. The drywall came in not looking like the model. In fact it looked like kindergarten class did it in my opinion. The manager I bought it from agreed it was substandard and would fix it. After factory repairmen spent three days working on it it was in worse shape and every window pane in the house was trashed with drywall mud. I think the only way to get their attention is negative publicity or small claims court.
