redmond homes?

i was surprised when i went out to look at redmond homes recently. with some minor upgrades they seemed to be about the par of palm harbor or cavco. the story they gave me was that there have been recent changes to upgrade thier line of homes - very flexible floor plans at the chandler az plant. i'm always skeptical.

anyone have any experience with redmond?

We have been in our new Redman Home for about 6 months now and have had no problems so far to speak of. We've been pretty impressed with the quality of ours. It's not as good as a site built custom home, of course, but better than what we thought it would be. We have definitely been satisfied so far.
